Vibrant, starry blue flowers cover a dark green, spreading mat of foliage. Leaves are practically stemless, allowing the blooms to float atop the foliage. An excellent groundcover for moist, boggy sites or alpine gardens. Tolerates heavy foot traffic. Herbaceous perennial.
